To ban them from your house, avoid the following common carriers:
- Spreads (margarine, especially, also shortening and butter unless otherwise labeled)
- Packaged foods (cake mixes, etc...)
- Inexpensive soups (Ramen ,etc...)
- Fast food (for now, at least)
- Frozen food (pies, pizza, etc...)
- Baked goods
- Cookies and cakes
- Donuts
- Cream filled cookies
- Pound cake
The best bet is to do your own baking, and read the labels when you buy the ingredients. Even a little amount of trans fat is bad for you, so it's best to just completely avoid it.

Do you serously think if i wanted a piece of pound cake I would make it...lol. It would be easier to build a titan missle. Sara Lee must be rolling over in her grave.
