Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap

This morning, Tammy and Tom helped me provide an interview skills training session with a group of women who had just completed a job skills training course in Dorchester. To thank them, I took them out for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised with my selection!

I ordered the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap, and it was fantastic! I think I have a new meal that I'll be adding into my rotation at home!
