I injured my knee this past summer, and I haven't done a legs work out since then because of the injury. It's been about 5 months! Yesterday, I finally did legs, and boy, was I wobbley after! I took it very easy, but my legs were jello after. It felt great!
My calorie intake yesterday was:
Calories: 1051
Fat: 28
Fiber: 18 (getting better!)
Protein: 55

Even though you were wobbly, you were able to get back into lower body work outs - great news!
Jello feeling from working out definitely beats jello feeling from celulitis!! Great job and glad you are back to feeling up to working out!!
