I read in Reader's Digest that 82% of all people who lost weight kept it off if they weighed themselves daily. Wow. That's quite a statistic - especially when you consider that only 2-5% of dieters keep their weight off long term. I like the daily weigh in, but I know it's not for everyone. I'm pretty sure I won't wake up one morning and realize I gained my 160 lbs back if I'm weighing myself daily, though! :)

That's good to know so when anyone tells me I'm obsessed and shouldn't weigh in daily, I can tell them the statistics!
