bye bye

The extra weight was gone today. Weird, but I'll take it! I'm sure the fact that I only consumed 200 calories yesterday may have helped. LOL. I didn't mean to, but I had a light breakfast and lunch, and I ended up skipping dinner. I also had no salt, as planned.

It's so strange that my weight fluctuates so dramatically. I had a good work out at the gym yesterday. I'm kind of snowed in currently, so I'm not sure what I'll do for a work out today, but maybe I'll do yoga.

I don't know - how could I have been up 9 lbs to begin with? It must have all been water weight. Insane.
