For lunch today, we are having baked potatoes with low fat cheese, low fat sour cream and chives. I love loaded potatoes, and I've only had about one in the past 2 years. It's not something I'd make a weekly staple having, but the whole meal is only 5 points, and it's very filling and delicious.
We're going to sushi for dinner tonight, and I'm just hoping the reduced sodium soy sauce doesn't make us bloated for our weigh in tomorrow morning!
