
After using
fitday for about a year, sometimes I would take shortcuts and leave off one piece of candy or one cracker. It just got
tedious, and I figured it was all close enough. Since I've been back on the
fitday wagon, I've been very strict about entering each bite of food. Sometimes the little nibbles throughout the day can equal 200 calories...or more!
I was feeling sick to my stomach, and sometimes a little sugar helps, so I had a tootsie pop. I entered the calories in, and found out that it had 60 calories! That's a lot for a
lollipop! I'm glad I entered it in, because now I know - next time, I'll reach for a mint. :)
